Update on library services
The library is closed to staff during the current lockdown period. There is no access to computers, study areas or the book room. All books currently on loan have been renewed until 31 March, we are able to accept book returns should you wish to send any back to us through the internal mail.
If you need to borrow books please email email@example.com and let us know which books you require and whether you’re still based at work or working from home and we will do our best to help. eAudiobooks can be borrowed online using your library ID/card number.
All other library services and resources including ejournals, ebooks, journal article supply, literature search service, literature searching skills training and current awareness are available as normal.
a new way to browse and read journals online
BrowZine is an online tool which enables you to browse, read and monitor all the journals available through the library in one place. As well as making it easy to see what journals you can access, BrowZine provides a seamless link through to the full text article.
With the mobile version, you can save articles to your smartphone or tablet and read them offline later. You can also use it to create a personal bookshelf of favourite journals, and be notified when the latest issues become available. Access is given through your OpenAthens login. If you don’t yet have an account, sign up today.

welcome to our new website!
We know that many of our users can’t travel to the library so it’s crucial that we can bring the library to you and enable you to connect with the information and resources you need as quickly and easily as possible. Our new site has been designed so you can access our online resources, including ejournals and ebooks, directly. We also have an extensive book collection, with the widest range of mental health titles in the region which you can browse anytime of the day.
We hope you like what we’ve done; it’s all here to support you with your studies, professional development and practice so please take a look around and let us know what you think at email@example.com
